  • Complete a Family Application
  • Student(s) take a Diagnostic Test ($50 fee due at time of testing)
  • Family Interview
  • Student(s) Register for Classes ($75 fee due at registration)
Our Fees
  • Student Diagnostic Test $50
  • Student Registration Fee $75
  • Tuition/Pace Fees are $1800 a year.  If tuition is paid in full prior to school then there is a $300 discount applied to the balance.  We prefer tuition be paid up front, but payment plans can be arranged.  Payments Plans are setup so 12 equal payments of $150 are made.  If for some reason a student withdraws before the balance is paid in full a $25 per month fee for the remaining months will be applied to the balance.  For example, if a student withdraws while there are 4 payments left before the balance of $600 is paid in full, then $100 would be applied, making the balance $700.  (It is important that you understand this.  If you are unsure about this process you need to talk to a Supervisor)
  • Throughout the year parents will have opportunities to purchase school pictures, school shirts, and attend field trips.  These are an additional cost, NOT included in the yearly tuition.
  • SAT testing fees will apply to all students testing and have not been included in the yearly tuition.
Our Weekly and Daily Schedule
  • Our school week is Monday through Thursday from 8:00am to 2:00pm
  • Fruit Snack is at 9:15am
  • Lunch is at 11:00am
  • Student Drop off is between 7:30am - 7:50am
  • Student Pickup is at 2:00pm
  • Snacks may be purchased from the School Canteen
Fruit Snack and Lunch
  • Items that contain sugar are not allowed at Fruit Snack, but will be at Lunch.
  • Lunches need to be prepared for students so that neither heating nor refrigeration will be needed.
  • Once a month parents prepare a cooked meal this is our Hot Lunch day.
